Perrin Architecture is located Lafayette, Louisiana, in the heart Cajun country and Acadiana. We specialize in residential design, commercial and medical architecture. Having an in house interior designer, gives us the opportunity to specialize your project to suite your taste. Princible architect, Andrew Perrin, has been practicing architectural design since 2001. Custom House Plans: If you do not see exactly what you desire online please give us a call, (337) 233-5832, to set up a visit. We are able to design a custom set of plans crafted from your needs, desires, ideas, and collected pictures. If you found a plan elsewhere on the internet that is close to what you want, let us know, we can work with you.
3D model Many people would like to better visualize their house before they make this kind of investment. We are able to create a 3D model of your house in as much detail as you would like. For some people, a quick rough model is all they need to understand how the house will look from the street and be able to pan around the house. For others, they want to understand the outside and view inside the house to get a feel of how spacious an area will be. This Is an additional service we can offer you. About our Plans: When you order a Construction Set for a selected house plan, the following are included:
Roof Plan, Exterior Elevations, Foundation Dimension Plan, First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan (when applicable), Building Section (when applicable), Typical Wall Section, Miscellaneous Framing Details (when applicable), Cabinet Elevations, Interior Elevations, Electrical Layout Plan, Miscellaneous Notes and Details, General Specifications.
Plans are designed to meet International Building Code for the State of Louisiana. Some Local and regional building departments require additional information. Owner is responsible for verifying what is acceptable in their area.
Plan number’s ending in “p”: The “p” in the plan number means that the drawings for the plan are in preliminary stages of development and that it might take 1-3 weeks before we can deliver the plans to you.
